 Microsoft Forms is an online data collection tool that makes it easy to create custom forms to efficiently collect information. Teachers can use it to keep different records, to give tests to students, to prepare reports, etc. Some of the strengths are that it is free, which makes it easy to access and it is easy to use, it allows you to add different types of questions (multiple choice, text, classifications) which makes it offer a lot of variety in the collection of information and some of the disadvantages are that the design customization is basic, since if the person want more detailed control over the visual appearance, such as colors, images, etc., the options are more limited than in other platforms, and it does not have support for forms that are very long or complex. I would recommend Microsoft Forms, especially since as previously mentioned, it is a simple and effective tool to create various questionnaires quickly.
